Personal agility

Personal agility is the ability to easily & consciously respond to change, in a direction of intention.

Usually, the primary goal for an organisation ‘going agile’ is to achieve organisational agility. Which they often focus on developing through team agility, and then replicate this at scale.

Very rarely, teams around the world have organisations recognised and acknowledged the impact of developing personal agility. Starting with the individual within the team is the core of everything.

If we want people to behave agile, we need to help them think agile, so they can adapt the way they operate at work.

A successful agile team is one where each individual continually & consciously develops their own personal agility.
